Who can enter

Group A: student teams

  • Exactly two members per team.

  • Compete in either category: renewable energy or energy efficiency.

Group B: professionals

  • Enter as an individual.
  • Any professional or entrepreneur can enter.
  • Submit ideas on renewable energy or energy efficiency; Group B is judged as one combined track.

What to submit

1. Concept note

A single page, as a PDF of up to 5 MB. Cover:

  • The problem, and who has it
  • Your idea and how it works
  • Why it is feasible in Bangladesh today
  • The business model: who pays, and why
  • Expected impact, in numbers where you can

2. A pitch video of up to 3 minutes

  • Explain the concept, its feasibility and the impact you expect.
  • For student teams, both members should appear.
  • Post it in google drive with #seideas and paste the link in the form.
  • A phone camera is fine. Clear sound matters more than polish.

Likes and reactions on shortlisted videos decide the People's Choice award, so share yours widely.

Rules

Each person can be part of only one entry.

Entries must be the original work of the team or individual. Ideas that build on existing technology are welcome if your own contribution is clearly explained.

The concept note must be one page, in English or Bangla, as a PDF of no more than 5 MB. The pitch video must be no longer than 3 minutes.

Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

By entering, you agree that the organisers may publish your idea title, summary, names and pitch video if your entry is shortlisted.

The jury's decisions are final.
